Positive ABA is currently hiring for the following positions in Portales & state wide:

---Tutor---

Job Duties: 1:1 in-home tutoring with direct oversight by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst; teaching self-help, academic, motor, play, social skills, changing behavior, etc.

Requirements:
Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Autism preferred); Bachelors Degree (or working towards degree in related field Psychology, Social work, Education, etc.); references;
Applicant meeting BCABA requirements preferred, but not mandatory; training provided.

---Supervisor / Consultant---

Job Duties: Various consultant positions including one (or all) of the duties listed: Supervising tutors described above. Creating behavior plans and conducting assessments. Training support staff. Participate in the development of social groups. School advocacy and IEP consulting.

Requirements:
Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community; experience either creating and implementing behavior plans OR developing IEPs/advocacy OR facilitating social groups; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges (Autism preferred); Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred); References
Applicant meeting BCBA requirements preferred, but not mandatory;
